Information for the role of Academic Registrar
Salary £49,835 per annum
An excellent opportunity to join a prestigious organisation in a varied role in a small friendly team. The Academic Registrar will manage the Tutorial & Admissions Office and support the Senior Tutor in the provision of a comprehensive tutorial and admissions service to the College. Yourday-to-dayduties will include:
* Leading the day-to-day administration for undergraduate and graduate admissions, examinations and student support.
* Manage and develop the Tutorial and Admissions team, including recruitment, training and performance reviews.
* Respond promptly to urgent student welfare and pastoral issues in collaboration with the Senior Tutor and wellbeing team.
* Ensuring the confidential administration of College and University bursaries and awards and provide financial information and advice service to students.
To be considered for this interesting role, you will needto:
* Be educated to degree level or equivalent..
* Significant experience of working in higher education Administration.
* Have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and database management.
* Have excellent communication skills.
* Have sound working knowledge of the Cambridge collegiate system.

Details of the role
The post of Academic Registrar is a permanent, full‑time role. Applications are invited from suitably experienced candidates. Usual hours of work are from 9:00am - 4:45pm with an unpaid 30‑minute lunch break, although there is potential for a degree of flexibility on start/finish times.
The annual salary is £49,835 per annum for 36.25 hours per week (STEP 62 on the College Salary Scale).
