Join to apply for the M&E Service Coordinator role at Bromford. This is a full-time, in-office role in Chipping Sodbury. Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
Are you an experienced coordinator who can manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive and professional approach within a supportive team environment? You will work closely with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.

Responsibilities
* Plan daily schedules for heating engineers and coordinate end-to-end delivery of service and repairs
* Allocate emergency, urgent, and routine work to engineers
* Monitor service requests, job progress, and productivity using digital platforms
* Liaise between customers, suppliers, and internal leaders regarding service issues
* Ensure operational processes meet quality and safety standards
* Assist with compiling performance reports on KPIs and customer satisfaction
* A Basic DBS check is required (arranged by Bromford)
* You must have the right to work in the UK
* If you hold qualifications, original copies will need to be provided
What We're Looking For / Qualifications
* Experience in service coordination, planning, compliance, or a similar fast-paced role
* Strong IT skills and a flexible approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional attitude
* Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
