Role Overview
* Lead a Team: Oversee and support a team of 3‑5 Occupational Therapists, providing clinical supervision, conducting performance appraisals, and fostering professional development
* Manage a Tailored Caseload: Maintain a reduced caseload focused on your preferred specialty areas
* Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside a diverse team, including Speech Pathologists, to deliver comprehensive client care
* Serve Diverse Clients: Provide services to both NDIS and private clients, focusing on fine and gross motor skills, social skills, sensory processing, and sensory integration
* Flexible Work Model: Enjoy both clinic‑based work and the option to work from home
What You Will Need
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
* Full AHPRA registration
* Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
* WWCC or ability to obtain one
* Minimum 2 years of postgraduate experience
