Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for food preparation, and ensuring high-quality culinary experiences for our guests and overseeing the kitchen operations when our manager is away.
Duties:
* Food preparation, cooking, and presentation
* Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
* Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
* Ability to run the kitchen when our Manager is away
* Ability to multi task - taking front of house and Barista work (training given) when necessary
Requirements:
* Proven experience working as a Chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting
* Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
* Understanding of kitchen health and safety regulations
* Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus

Includes one day at the weekend every week - Extra shifts will be available and expected - to cover holidays for other staff
Hours typically 11am-3.30pm through the week and 10am-4pm at the weekend (3 days through the week and one day at the weekend) Weekends are our busiest time and therefore essential.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 22 per week
Experience:
* Chef: 1 year (preferred)
* Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
* Driving Licence (preferred)
