We’re looking for a Stores operative (Logistics) to join our team and help ensure materials are organised, stocked, and available efficiently and safely to tailor to the needs of our production lines, following a Just in Time (JIT) philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain stock levels and order stock through purchasing when required.
* Monitor factory production and plan material needs accordingly.
* Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas.
* Conduct quality checks on stock and ensure materials meet technical specifications.
* Support the Site Materials Team Leader with daily material supply.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Raise and complete documentation for material movement, using our ERP type system.

Experience:
* Experience in stock and material management.
* Familiarity with warehouse or factory material handling.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Basic mathematical and IT competence.
Desirable Extras:
* Counterbalance Forklift licence.
* Experience in construction or supply chain environments.
* Qualifications in stock control or procurement.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet time-critical KPIs.
