Job Description: Sous Chef

We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our team, working closely with the Head Chef and reporting directly to them.
As a Sous Chef, you will work with a menu full of flavor, provenance, and seasonality, celebrating modern French cuisine with both indulgent classics and lighter options.
The kitchen is your domain as a Sous Chef. You will collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain a motivated, safe environment for all kitchen staff. You will support the Head Chef and General Manager by ensuring the kitchen is in top condition and that the team has everything needed for each shift.
