SEN support assistant – Full time Teaching Personnel are partnering with a welcoming primary school in Chorlon-Cum-Hardy (M21) to find a dedicated and compassionate SEN Support Assistant. This is a full-time position, starting in January perfect for someone passionate about making a meaningful difference in young learner’s life. You’ll be joining a collaborative, welcoming team that values the vital role support staff play in pupil development. Your Role Will Include: Providing targeted support to pupils with SEN, both individually and in small groups Assisting the class teacher with planning and delivering personalised learning activities Supporting the implementation and review of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to monitor progress Adapting support strategies to meet evolving pupil needs What you’ll need: Have a DBS or willing to get one. Positive hard working attitude Experience or passion for supporting SEN pupils Experience working within SEND/youth support/ sports coaching or pastoral support (preferred but not essential).
