* Develop and maintain PLC code and associated control systems (CODESYS, Ladder, FBD, ST)
* Collaborate with mechanical engineers to integrate control logic into system builds
* Troubleshoot and resolve on-site system issues as needed (UK and Europe travel required occasionally)

* Ensure adherence to relevant safety regulations and compliance standards
* Produce and maintain technical documentation, risk assessments, and validation plans

Your Profile

* Degree, HND or apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related discipline
* Strong experience in electrical hardware design for industrial machinery (Control panel and cabinet build)
* Proficient in PLC programming, specifically using CODESYS and Schneider Machine Expert
* Familiar with EU/UK machinery safety and electrical equipment regulations
* Excellent communicator with a hands-on, collaborative approach
* Able to interpret P&IDs and produce clear documentation and reports
* 2D Electrical Design experience - ideally Solidworks

What’s On Offer

* Annual performance-based bonus
* Equity/Growth share options (post-qualifying period)
* Matched pension contributions (up to 5%)
* 25 days holiday
* Flexible hybrid working environment
* Excellent professional development opportunities in a mission-driven team
