We're looking for a Shopify Developer with 2-3 years of professional experience in Shopify theme development and customizations. In this role, you'll build bespoke, high-performance Shopify storefronts and extend native capabilities to meet our business and customer needs. You should be comfortable working independently, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering production-ready code with minimal oversight.
More specifically, you will:
* Implement and maintain advanced customizations such as:
o Custom filters
o Metafields & metaobjects
o AJAX carts
o Predictive search
* Optimize website performance, responsiveness, and accessibility
* Extend Shopify's native functionality using:
o Checkout Extensibility
o Shopify Flow
o Shopify Functions
* Debug and resolve theme and frontend issues quickly and efficiently
* Use Git and Shopify CLI to manage codebase and deployment workflows
* Collaborate with design and product teams to turn UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces
* Maintain clean, well-structured, reusable, and scalable code
* Integrate third-party Shopify apps and external APIs
* Work flexibly and independently, adapting to shifting priorities and requirements
* Collaborate effectively with Content and Marketing teams to bring campaigns to life
We would love to hear from you if you have:
* 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Shopify theme development
* Familiarity with Shopify CLI, Git-based workflows, and theme deployment best practices
* Proven ability to implement advanced Shopify features (AJAX cart, predictive search, metafields, etc.)
* Experience building responsive and accessible frontends
* Self-starter with excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
* Experience integrating and customizing third-party Shopify apps
