Responsibilities
* Collect blood samples via venipuncture and capillary techniques
* Prepare, label, and document specimens accurately
* Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety during procedures
* Verify patient identity and maintain detailed records
* Follow strict hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols
* Communicate clearly with patients, especially those nervous or anxious
* Transport samples to laboratory according to protocol
Requirements
* Certification in Phlebotomy or equivalent healthcare qualification
* Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred
* Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity
* Compassionate, professional, and confident communicator
* Familiarity with data entry and healthcare systems
