About the Role:
Randstad Education is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to support schools across Shoreham:by:Sea. You will work closely with teachers to create an engaging learning environment, helping students grow academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:
x1F393; Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
x1F469; x200D; x1F3EB; Provide one:on:one and small group support to students needing extra help
x1F3EB; Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
x1F4DA; Help prepare and organize teaching materials and resources
x1F9E9; Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) as required
x1F4D6; Assist with classroom management and student behaviour
x1F389; Participate in school events, activities, and parent meetings when needed
Requirements:
x1F539; Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting
x1F539; Patience, empathy, and a supportive approach to working with students
x1F539; Strong communication and teamwork skills
x1F539; Relevant qualifications in education or childcare (beneficial but not essential)
