Registered Manager - Adult Residential
Location: Hereford
Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum
Bonus: 21% Annual Bonus
Our client is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a team and oversee operations at a 7-bed Mental Health and LD Service in Hereford.
About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking organisation that provides outstanding support for adults with MH and LD.
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the service, ensuring high-quality care, promoting independence, and achieving positive outcomes for the residents.
Our client is committed to your professional development, offering continuous training and clear career progression pathways. Many of their Registered Managers have advanced into Regional and Divisional Manager roles within the organisation.
What We're Looking For
* Experience as a Registered Manager in a service supporting individuals with MH/LD
* A commitment to supporting individuals to live independent, fulfilling lives
* Strong leadership experience in managing people, services, and quality within Learning Disabilities
* A leader who demonstrates positive values and fosters a person-centred approach
* Ability to promote independence, choice, and respect
* Hold a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
* Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently
* Good awareness of CQC regulations, updates, and best practices
