Profile
What you’ll bring:
* 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or engineering, ideally plastics or food packaging
* Proven leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams
* Experience in fast‑paced, high‑volume production focused on safety, quality and efficiency
* Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making skills
* Track record of building high‑performing teams and fostering a results‑driven culture
* Solid understanding of shift KPIs, operational processes and data analysis for improvement
* Knowledge of Quality Systems (BRC, FDA, ISO), SAP and Microsoft Office
* Familiarity with Lean, 5S and Six Sigma principles (advantageous)
* Permanent right to work in the UK (site based in Northern Ireland)
Our Offer
Available Shifts
38 hrs – Double Days (rotating shift pattern) from Monday to Thursday:
* Week 1: 06:00 – 15:30
* Week 2: 14:00 – 23:30
Salary & Benefits
* £40,000 – £50,000 (dependent on experience)
