The Role
As AI wave is sweeping across IT services industry, every customer and domain are embarking upon AI adoption in a significant manner. This will be an opportunity to be part of a core group of AI Engineers working on developing AI led solutions for improved productivity and efficiencies across the landscape.
Your Responsibilities
* Assist in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data
* Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models, including neural networks
* Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) for tasks such as text generation, summarization, and semantic analysis
* Contribute to Generative AI (GenAI) applications and experimentation
* Implement and integrate RESTful APIs for deploying AI models into production environments
* Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists to improve model performance and reliability
* Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables
* Support model monitoring, debugging, and optimization in real-world applications
* Stay up to date with emerging AI/ML trends and tools, contributing innovative ideas to the team
Your Profile – Essential Skills
* Proficiency in Python programming
* Foundational understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms
* Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow (or PyTorch equivalent)
* Basic knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques
* Understanding of Neural Networks and deep learning fundamentals
* Exposure to Generative AI concepts and LLMs (e.g., prompt engineering, embeddings)
* Knowledge of working with APIs and data exchange formats (e.g., JSON, REST)
* Hands‑on experience with working in HTML/CSS/JS (preferable but not mandatory)
* Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
* Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
Desirable Skills
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
* Academic or project experience involving ML models, NLP, or AI systems
* Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Understanding of software engineering principles and development lifecycle
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
