Procurement Manager - Buckinghamshire
Location: Buckinghamshire (Multi-site responsibility)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
I'm currently recruiting for a Procurement Manager on behalf of a well-established stockist distributor based in Buckinghamshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to lead and develop the procurement function across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee direct and indirect spend across multiple sites.
* Develop and implement robust procurement processes and procedures.
* Ensure contract compliance and supplier performance standards are consistently met.
* Lead and develop a small procurement team, mentoring Buyers and supporting their professional growth.
* Create and maintain procurement documentation and project KPI templates.
* Ensure on-time delivery of materials and parts for both new and existing products in collaboration with key departments.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience managing both direct and indirect procurement.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure in a structured, controlled manner.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
* A proactive approach to continuous improvement within the procurement function.
