Construction Co-ordinator
We are currently recruiting for a permanent, full time position with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £40,202 per year, rising to £43,448 per year after key competencies of the role are met.
The role of Construction Co-ordinator is a pivotal role in our Development Team, responsible for leading programme delivery through supervising and inspecting the on-site delivery of special projects or development contracts from contract stage to practical completion and handover.
To be successful in the role you will have competence in carrying out a role of a similar nature, up to date with the technical knowledge and skills required within your area and level of expertise, educated to a minimum Level 4, HNC in Construction or equivalent experience and a valid site safety Health & Safety Certificate (SMSTS, IOSH).
Effective and efficient administration & organisation of contracts, ensuring scheme files are accurate and up to date.
