The Opportunity
We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our generalist HR Team based at Strathclyde Business Park. This is a key role within our Operations Business Unit, and if you have experience working in a fast-paced environment, partnering with stakeholders and influencing with impact, this is a great opportunity for you.
Main Responsibilities
Building strong relationships within the business will be key, including senior leadership teams and HR centres of excellence. The HR Advisor role supports a high performing team culture in provision of advice and guidance on a range of HR areas such as recruitment, employee relations activity, learning and development, systems and data management, as well as involvement in Global HR projects.
Our Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate will have experience in generalist HR roles with a strong employee relations background. Ideally packed with emotional intelligence, resilience and growth mindset who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, change and complexity. Strong excel, data analytical experience and organisational skills are essential.
