Early Years Educator
Busy Bees Scholes, a nursery rated "Good" by Ofsted, welcomes an Early Years Educator to support children’s learning and development in our 94‑child capacity facility. The role includes preparing a stimulating environment, delivering EYFS–aligned activities, and acting as the key person for children’s care and family engagement.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and arrange materials and rooms to create a safe, stimulating environment that encourages children’s exploration.
- Plan and deliver educational activities that support children’s physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Act as the key person, overseeing children’s development and care needs, and building strong relationships with families.
Qualifications
- Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
- Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
- Good communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and the capacity to apply child development knowledge to planning and delivery.
