Job Overview
As the Sales Advisor, you are the friendly face that greets our customers and embodies the heart of our brand. You will provide high‑level service throughout the shop, including greeting customers, assisting at the cash desk and fitting rooms, and enhancing the overall shopping experience. In addition, you will process deliveries, replenish stock, and merchandise the latest garments on the shop floor.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome customers with warmth and enthusiasm.
* Assist customers at the cash desk, fitting rooms, and across the shop floor.
* Provide genuine assistance and proactive service to enhance the shopping experience.
* Process deliveries and restock merchandise.
* Merchandise garments to showcase the latest collections.
* Support team collaboration to create moments that matter.
Qualifications
* Customer‑service experience preferred, but not mandatory.
* Familiarity with fabrics and fashion trends is a plus.
* Ability to advise customers on sizing, materials and style.
* Good communication and active listening skills.
* Willingness to work 16 hours per week on a part‑time temporary contract.
* Right to work in the United Kingdom before commencing employment.
