Shifts rotate: one week AM, one week PM
Pay: £13.71 per hour | Overtime: £17.93 per hour
Job Description
Barker Ross is seeking a dedicated Production Line Leader to join our team in Desborough. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and lead a team of packers on the production line
* Ensure all packing operations are accurate and efficient
* Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the packing process
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely availability of materials
* Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety regulations
* Report on production metrics and identify areas for improvement
* Address any issues that arise on the packing line promptly and effectively
