Who we are looking for
* British Citizen with SC clearable eligibility
* Experience in systems engineering across multiple lifecycle phases
* Ability to coordinate stakeholders and deliver software or system performance improvements
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear engineering documentation
* Desire to progress technical knowledge and grow systems engineering expertise
Salary and rewards
£52,000–£57,000 plus pension up to 14% total contribution
Your role
* Deliver systems engineering activities for software updates and spiral development
* Define requirements, system architectures and interface definitions
* Conduct proving strategies, plans and performance modelling
* Coordinate multiple functional teams to ensure software meets system performance objectives
* Contribute to verification, validation and certification processes
Your experience
* Systems engineering across requirements, architecture, verification and certification
* Functional chain domain experience desirable, including performance modelling
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation capabilities
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Engagement with subject matter experts to expand technical knowledge
