A wholesale fishmongers providing fresh seafood straight from local markets to restaurants and hotels, dealing with some of the most prestigious and well-known names. Role Overview:
As an Account Manager, your role will involve managing a Liverpool client base of 200+ accounts. You will be joining a small team of other Account Managers, assisting national clients and providing a high level of customer service. This will be an office-based role, where you'll have the ongoing support of the business. Due to the nature of the industry, this is an early start, early finish role. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include taking orders from chefs, processing those orders, conducting market research, and carrying out client service calls.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of 200+ accounts
* Take inbound and make outbound calls to maintain relationships and encourage order taking
* Carry out market research to stay up-to-date with current affairs
* Work efficiently to ensure timelines are maintained
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of telesales or Account Manager experience
* Food industry experience is a bonus but not essential
* Office-based role with a 7am start
* Great relationship builder and a natural problem solver

The Package:
* £27,000-£30,000 basic salary
* £100/month individual client retention bonus
* £12,000 OTE for reaching team target
