About The Role
Wren has a fast-growing Trade Division offering our Trade customers a market-leading range of outstanding kitchens and bedrooms backed up by unrivalled service which includes our industry leading design package right through to our world class delivery service. This means we are in a fantastic position to support our Trade Customers to help their customers bring their dream kitchen and bedrooms to life.
We have a Trade Field Sales Designer role available in Preston and are looking for outstanding, self motivated individuals ideally from a Trade Sales background to help grow this exciting part of the Wren family.
You'll receive a basic salary of £30,000 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £65,000.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Recruit and develop new Trade Customers from your local area
2. Keep in regular contact with your personal Trade Customer base
3. Inspire customers by showcasing the boundless possibilities of Wren's kitchen and bedroom designs, all from the comfort of their homes. Guide customers throughout the entire process, from initial inquiry to their first design, and witness the transformation of their dream kitchen & bedrooms into reality
4. Conduct thorough surveys of customers' homes, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos. You'll explain this process to the customer during your visit
5. Effectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each customer to create their dream design
6. Remain an active presence in your area, proactively identifying opportunities to generate interest in Wren & actively follow up and keep in contact with all leads, using the Wren way to guarantee success
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You
16. A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
17. Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service to every customer
18. Ability to work independently
19. Proven sales experience, ideally within the trade sales sector
20. Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
21. Organised and capable of working independently, effectively managing your time to optimise each customer's experience
