Our client, a respected financial services firm, is seeking a Marketing and Content Specialist to join their Marketing team on a full‑time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Events Manager, you’ll help shape the company’s online presence through engaging content, effective campaigns, and data‑led insights.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and publish website articles, blogs, social posts, and email campaigns.
* Design and edit visual content using Adobe Creative Suite.
* Produce and edit podcast and video content.
* Monitor performance metrics and produce regular marketing reports.
* Ensure brand consistency and regulatory alignment across all digital output.
Key Skills and Experience
* Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or multimedia production.
* Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
* Confident using email marketing platforms, Office 365, and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Knowledge of SEO, CMS platforms (such as WordPress), and basic data analysis.
* Understanding of GDPR and FCA Consumer Duty requirements.
* Full driving licence.
* Creative, proactive, and organised.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
* Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and improve.
* Professional, adaptable, and committed to high standards.
Additional Information
* Office-based, Monday to Friday in Henley on Thames or Witney.
* Salary £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience.
* Non‑contractual bonus, phantom share scheme, and pension contribution after 3 months.

* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 27 after 5 years.
