£36,000 - £44,500 per annum | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

What you'll do
* Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and your customers
* Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
* Lead and inspire the team to fulfill their potential every day using our Leadership & Company Principles
* Diligently check and work deliveries, manage the till area and monitor KPIs
* Be a friendly face for every customer, offering excellent service and helping with all customer queries
* Comply with Health and Safety laws, standards and guidelines
What you'll need
* Experience leading and developing a team in a challenging, fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills to help colleagues and customers in a friendly and open way
* Strong time management, delegation and problem-solving skills
* Confidence to support your team through every shift
* Pride in providing unmatched customer service
* Ability to monitor, manage and improve KPIs
