Starting Salary: £12,199 Contract type: Part Time 20 hours per week - Term Time only 6 additional days Contract term: Permanent Required by: 1 st September 2026 We are seeking to appoint a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our dedicated support staff team. This role will have a particular focus on student attendance and data management. The position is part-time (Monday to Friday, 8:00am–12:00 noon), term time only. The successful candidate will work closely with our Attendance Officer and Pupil Premium Lead, playing a key role in ensuring accurate record-keeping and supporting student outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Monitoring and processing student attendance, including recording and following up absences Administration of follow up communication/letters regarding attendance Supporting the administration of Pupil Premium funding and related processes Liaising effectively with staff across the school Assisting with wider administrative tasks, such as collating student praise data Maintaining accurate and well-organised records We are looking for someone who: Has excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to their work Is proactive, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks Communicates confidently and professionally with colleagues Can work both independently and as part of a team Is committed to supporting the smooth running of the school This role would suit someone who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.
