Job Description
Contribute to the effective leadership, management, and strategic direction of teaching and related activities, focusing on the development and delivery of Support for Learning, school policies, and pupil assessments. Provide advice, support, and guidance to colleagues and pupils to promote, deliver, and integrate key objectives outlined in the Education Plan and Community Plan.
Requirements
The duties involve Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful applicants must become a PVG Scheme member or update their existing record before employment begins. PVG records are regularly updated, and any relevant disclosures will be discussed with the applicant prior to employment.

The Individual
This is a permanent full-time position based at Robert Burns Academy, Barony Campus, Cumnock. The working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, as directed by the line manager. The annual salary is £64,320.
