About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Strategic Planning Manager (ISPM) to support the development and maintenance of integrated infrastructure plans within a complex, operationally critical environment.
You will support the senior Infrastructure Strategic Planning Lead in producing and maintaining the Infrastructure Integrated Plan (IIP) and Strategic Infrastructure Integrated Plan (Strategic IIP). These plans bring together infrastructure activity across multiple sites and programmes, enabling clear visibility of milestones, critical dates, dependencies, risks and opportunities.
You will work closely with planners, risk managers, engineering, compliance and operational stakeholders to ensure that infrastructure plans provide a single, coherent and reliable view that supports informed decision‑making at both programme and strategic levels.
Essential Experience
You will play a key role in improving planning maturity, reporting clarity and stakeholder alignment, while supporting governance forums and ensuring planning information is accurate, integrated and actionable.
You will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Primavera P6, with practical experience using SharpCloud and Power BI to support effective planning, reporting, and insight generation.
You will bring strong administration and governance skills, alongside the ability to manage and engage stakeholders effectively at all levels. You will communicate clearly and confidently, with strong presentation skills, and will be highly organised, able to work on your own initiative, and proactive in delivering outcomes.
Location
The role is Hybrid where 2-3 days per week will be spent at the Client site in Helensburgh.
