The Role:
As theBack of House Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in stewarding operations. You will support the Back of HouseManager in overseeing the full scope of back-of-house activities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficiency across all kitchen and service areas. You will lead and develop the stewarding team, drive sustainability initiatives, and collaborate closely with culinary and service departments to deliver seamless support for all hotel operations.
What You Will Do:
1. Oversee daily stewarding operations, ensuring all areas meet Four Seasons standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
2. Lead, train, and motivate the stewarding team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
3. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
4. Manage inventory, maintenance, and proper use of stewarding equipment and supplies.
5. Collaborate with culinary and F&B teams to ensure timely and effective support for all outlets and events.
6. Uphold and promote the hotel’s recycling and sustainability initiatives.
7. Assist in scheduling, performance evaluations, and departmental reporting.

8. Proven experience in a stewarding leadership role, ideally within a luxury hotel or high-volume environment.
9. Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.
10. In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
