This is a hybrid role with access to a lovely, recently refurbished office on the edge of town, offering free parking and excellent transport links.You'll be joining a team led by Mark, who heads up our Legal division and oversees the Basingstoke office, who is passionate about building high-performing teams. The desk you'll be stepping into has plenty of potential - it's warm but needs a strong business development push to unlock the market. What You'll Be Doing?
* Comprehensive Sales and 360 Recruitment Process: Take charge of the entire recruitment cycle, emphasising business development and client acquisition. From initial job briefings and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and closing deals, you'll be at the forefront of driving revenue growth.
* Proactive Candidate Sourcing: Leverage job boards, referrals, and headhunting techniques via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter. Actively source candidates through advertising, social media, and referrals. Register and interview candidates, conduct thorough background checks, and match them with suitable job opportunities. Ensure timely and effective promotion of candidates for interviews to fill vacancies promptly.
* Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and expert advice. Network extensively to build a robust client base and drive sales, ensuring a steady stream of business opportunities.
