Job Description
DP World is recruiting a Training Coordinator to join our established site in Hinckley. In this role you will deliver essential training to our operations teams and manage our employee training matrix. Candidates should have previous warehouse training experience or have held a Senior Warehouse Operations role, with thorough knowledge of health and safety practices and standard work procedures.
Please note: This is a PM shift from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm, with infrequent flexibility to start earlier on occasion.
About The Role
* Daily operational management of training requirements across the site
* Conduct staff inductions and process training
* Create training plans for new business, organisational needs and employee development
* Develop course material and instructional design
* Coordinate all training requests and needs within the Hinckley facility
* Report training progress and evaluate training effectiveness
* Maintain accurate and transparent registration of all training activities
* Ensure the training process meets organisational needs
Your Key Skills
* Previous experience as a warehouse trainer or senior operator/team lead
* Strong knowledge of and adherence to health and safety protocols
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong IT/Excel and communication skills (written and verbal)
* Didactical knowledge
* HBO level knowledge and experience
* Experience creating training plans
* Leadership skills
* Experience delivering training
* Organisational skills
* Instructional design knowledge
