Role: Pharmacist Manager
Start Date: 1st June 2026
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 7:00pm (45 hours per week)
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional, highly motivated, and commercially driven Pharmacist Manager to take full leadership of a well-positioned, growing independent pharmacy.
This is not a standard management role - it is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of a service-led pharmacy and play a key role in shaping its future performance, culture, and clinical offering.
Following recent investment into the business, we are seeking a strong leader who can deliver both clinical excellence and commercial success, while building and developing a high-performing team.
This role will suit an ambitious pharmacist who is not only clinically competent, but also business-minded, proactive, and driven to grow services, revenue, and patient engagement.

What We Are Looking For

7. GPhC registration (essential)
8. Strong experience in pharmacy management and team leadership

12. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
13. Excellent communication and organisational skills
