Pay: £21 - £22 per hour (ranging, depending on days/nights worked)
Hours: 48 per week (minimum with days/nights generally being a max of 10 hrs)
Vehicle: Company van provided along with fuel card

What do I need to do…
As a Groundworks Supervisor, you are responsible for:
* Supervision of work on site, ensuring all processes are followed correctly.
* General construction work in line with client requirements, including paving, kerbing, installing bollards / machines / equipment, foundation work, drainage, finishing works, surfacing, concreting etc.
* Ensuring full compliance with company and on-site client health and safety policy and requirements.
* Delivering a high-quality work in line with company and client expectations.
* Undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required
* Completing Completion reports after completion of works using our online admin system.
* Signing permits to work on site
* Managing health and safety on site to protect your team and the public.
Experience Skills required:
* Minimum of 12 months experience of working in grounds maintenance supervisory role.
* Experience of using a range of power tools and equipment.
* CSCS Card.
* SSSTS
* Ability to work at heights.
* Full driving licence.
This role will require working away from home on a planned basis. Hotel accommodation and subsistence allowance is provided in line with our Expense Policy.
