This role will be to provide a varied range of recruitment and recruitment-related administration services across the UK business as required.
This is an exciting and diverse role in a fast-paced environment suitable for an experienced, committed, and reliable Recruiter with a can-do attitude.
About the Role
1. Recruiting and sourcing candidates for a range of roles using internal networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other online media.
2. Relationship building with internal Line Managers, candidates, recruitment suppliers, and the wider HR team.
3. Recruitment System Administration including writing and posting vacancies/job adverts, amending and extending vacancies, setting up user profiles, setting up candidate interviews, progressing offers of employment, and chasing approvals.
4. End-to-end candidate management duties including pre-screening, telephone interviews, Line Manager interview setup, job offer support, and onboarding.
5. Sourcing and pipelining candidates.
6. Vacancy control and candidate management.
What We Would Be Looking For You To Demonstrate
1. Experience in recruitment in the engineering market.
2. Relationship management skills.
3. Candidates from a recruitment agency background may be considered but in-house recruitment experience is preferred.
4. Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills; able to influence and engage with people, comfortable presenting ideas and views, and able to constructively challenge, probe, and offer alternative perspectives in discussions.
5. Proven experience acting as part of a team.
6. Results driven; proactive, accountable, responsible for delivery with a strong client/customer service orientation.
7. Time management and a highly organized approach, along with advanced IT skills.
8. Experience working in a fast-paced role within a busy team.
