We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Stores Administrator to join our team.
You will be responsible for handling inventory, ensuring the timely picking of kits for production orders, preparing goods for dispatch, receiving incoming goods, and maintaining stores stock holding.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
· Maintaining and monitoring inventory levels, ordering parts in advance.
· Sourcing parts and new suppliers.
· Ensuring the proper and prompt ordering and stocking of parts.
· Providing excellent customer service and work collaboratively with other departments.
· Implementing effective methods and procedures throughout.
· Managing operational equipment and resources.
· Maintain records, files, and a clean and safe working environment.
· Other duties as assigned to facilitate customer satisfaction, including parts pick-up and delivery.

* Experience in the procurement of parts and managing stores & workshops.

* Strong organisation skills with a keen eye and attention to detail.
* Organizing regular stock maintenance and inventory in the storage area.
* Tracking inventory spending and keeping records, ensuring the safety and security of the stock.
· Represent Glossop Caravans in a professional manner.
Essential Skills/Experience
· Proven experience with Microsoft Office applications.
· You will be comfortable working with tools and industrial machinery, changing saw blades and cleaning machinery.
· Cutting timber to lengths ready for using various timber cutting machinery. (Training can be provided)
Working to daily specifications quickly and efficiently, meeting target turnarounds and timeframes.
* Operating bench saws
* Physically fit and motivated to meet daily cutting targets
* Working under instruction adhering to all Health & Safety regulations.
Work Schedule:
· Monday to Friday 07.30am-16.00pm - 40 hours per week
· 2 x 15-minute breaks and 1 x 30-minute lunch break
· Overtime available where required
