About the Role:
Prospero Teaching is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to become part of a vibrant secondary school community in Basingstoke. As one of the fastest-growing agencies in the UK, we seek an enthusiastic and reliable educator with a teaching qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging and impactful Maths lessons to secondary students.
2. Create and implement innovative lesson plans tailored to diverse student needs.
3. Nurture a positive and inclusive learning environment.
4. Evaluate and track student progress, offering feedback and support where necessary.
5. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to foster student success.
Requirements:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
7. Proven experience teaching in a UK secondary school.
8. Up-to-date Safeguarding training (preferred, but not essential as training can be provided).
9. Right to Work in the UK.
10. An Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or willingness to apply for one.
11. Ability to provide two professional references.
