The Role As a Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll provide tailored support to pupils who require additional help to thrive in school.
Working closely with teaching staff and the SEN team, you'll help create a structured, encouraging environment where pupils feel safe, supported, and confident to learn.
You'll support learning on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, adapting your approach to meet a range of learning and communication needs.
Key Duties Provide targeted support to pupils with SEN, both individually and in small groups as a Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistant Assist in adapting classroom activities to suit different learning styles Encourage positive behaviour and emotional development Work collaboratively with teachers and the SENCO to support pupil progress What We're Looking For A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification Experience supporting children with SEN in a school setting A patient, proactive, and caring approach Ability to travel reliably to Brierley Hill Why Academics?
