Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Car Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role at our Chorley location. The New Car Sales Executive will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through their car-buying journey. Daily duties include engaging with potential buyers, providing exceptional customer service, promoting new car models, negotiating sales deals, and meeting sales targets. This position plays a key role in supporting customers’ automotive choices while ensuring a seamless and satisfying sales experience.
Qualifications
* Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
* Customer service skills, including a focus on delivering an outstanding experience at every stage of the sales process.
* Basic knowledge of automotive products, brands, and features, with a willingness to keep up to date on latest industry trends.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn and grow within the automotive industry.
* Valid driver’s license required.
