Technical Architect
6 Month Contract
Location: Home / Andover (Hybrid)
Salary: £700 - £750 per day (Inside IR35)
We are looking to recruit an SC Cleared Technical Architect for a leading technology consultancy on an initial 6 month contract. The successful candidate will design and deliver complex, large-scale technology solutions that meet both business and technical needs, ensuring architectural integrity and delivering to time, cost, and quality standards.
This is a hands-on, senior technical role where you will influence solution design, drive adoption of best practice, and mentor teams while working closely with clients in highly regulated environments.
This is a hybrid role and you will be required to work 2 days a week at customer site in Andover. Due to the nature of the work valid SC Clearance is required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the technical design of large and highly complex systems, ensuring quality, performance, and compliance.
2. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across the project lifecycle to embed architectural considerations into all phases of delivery.
3. Provide technical guidance, governance, and mentorship to development and delivery teams.
4. Evaluate technical designs, changes, and proposals, making recommendations and assessing associated risks.
