This role is a springboard role into working within a large commercial business & team, with massive career potential and further training. We require someone with a passion for customer service and delivery, someone who can work under pressure at times along with a dedicated team ethic.
Responsibilities
* Processing of sales orders
* Working within the wider sales support team and with the alignment of the business development
* Manage the end-to-end process for each sales order received ensuring that volumes and any amendments are communicated (internal and external)
* Daily/weekly price checking
* Run appropriate management reports e.g., price checking, forecasting
* Completion & circulation of internal promotion, start-up and delist forms
* Co-ordinate samples and couriers
* Customer/Consumer complaints, logging, trend analysis & reply as required
* Review of relevant product references in social media content
* Ensuring consumer satisfaction and the revision of standards where necessary
* Maintain promotion plans, calendars, analysis, and logs communicating with the customer to ensure all information is accurate, up to date and communicated
* Compile data for internal monthly reports by customer, in a timely manner, to ensure the business is kept up to date with G’s technical & commercial performance
* Coordination & set up for customer visits
Candidate Requirements
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages particularly Excel
* Great attention to detail
* Good verbal and numerical skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Team player
* Ability to work using your own initiative
* Organisation and planning skills
* Can-do proactive approach to work
* Experience in sales or customer service is beneficial but not essential; training and development available
