What you’ll be doing:
✨ Support – Work 1:1 with pupils who have special educational needs, giving them the care and confidence they deserve.
✨ Assist – Help teachers put individual education plans into action.
✨ Engage – Keep students involved and motivated, making sure learning feels accessible and fun.
✨ Manage – Use positivity and calm strategies to guide challenging behaviour.
✨ Communicate – Build strong, trusting relationships with teachers, parents, and professionals.
✨ Nurture – Create an inclusive classroom where every child feels safe and valued.

What we’re looking for:
✅ Previous experience supporting students with SEN
✅ An understanding of different learning styles and how to adapt to them
✅ A DBS check (or willingness to apply)
✅ Bags of patience, empathy, and a caring heart

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
