Proposition & Pricing, Client Experience and Innovation Global Markets Teams. Collectively their role is to ensure we deliver the right products to our clients at the right time and deliver communications with our customers in a way that is meaningful to them. The value you'll add: Reporting directly into the Head of Marketing you'll work directly with the Relationship Banking team to support with the new client's acquisition within our Corporate segment, primarily through Account Based Marketing (ABM). This is a broad marketing role which involves the development and delivery client communications, content and collateral, promotion of our products and services and sales enablement.
Responsibilities
 * Manage marketing communications, content and collateral for specific client segments, working closely with Relationship Banking segment leaders to plan, create and execute marketing activities to support joint commercial objectives including new client acquisition and product penetration.
 * Act as segment focal from a marketing perspective, owning the segment marketing plan and working closely with events, brand, PR and CX roles to deliver integrated campaigns.
 * Identify and deliver process improvements by implementing methods and procedures to increase efficiency and scale, particularly around the acquisition of new clients through digital channels and account-based marketing.
 * Monitor the effectiveness of all content, collateral and communications and review against key metrics to evaluate and identify opportunities for future improvement.
Requirements
 * Experience in marketing communications and Account Based Marketing roles.
 * Expertise in planning, developing and delivering excellent client communications and marketing campaigns.
 * Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to thrive in a fast paced, execution-oriented, 'scale-up' environment.
 * Excellent project management and organisation skills to effectively manage multiple, concurrent initiatives.
 * Ability to work across a wide set of stakeholders to both understand and influence.
 * Good knowledge of banking propositions with an ability to translate into client-centric language.
 * Experience in delivering digital communications through web, marketing automation, etc.
Where you'll be based
Our home office in Finsbury Square, London. We offer hybrid working to our employees, so you can flex between home and the office. With the requirement for now, to be based in the office two days per week.
