Salary: £37,490 - £39,463

Responsibilities
We are recruiting experienced multi‑skilled carpenters to work within our Responsive Repairs Team. You will undertake carpentry and other trade repairs and maintenance work, providing high quality, ‘right first time’ building services to the business and its customers.
Qualifications
* NVQ2 qualification or equivalent and long‑term trade experience.
* Abrasive wheel training and PASMA qualification desirable.
* Full manual UK driving licence and a company van.
* Background check – DBS and DBS updating service (3‑yearly).
* No visa sponsorship.
