Plastering Tutor (Trainee or Qualified)

up to £34,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Duties:
1. Teach/assess learners working towards a vocational qualification in Plastering.
2. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners' needs.
3. Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging, and develop learners' skills, knowledge, and behaviours.
4. Monitor student attendance and progress through regular assessments and reviews.
5. Provide advice and guidance to learners regarding decision-making and progression.
6. Embed Maths and English into sessions.
Criteria:
1. Hold - or be willing to work towards - a recognised Teaching or Assessing qualification.
2. Must have solid occupational experience within Plastering.
3. Hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in Plastering.
4. Ideally have experience delivering training or workshops to groups of learners or providing on-the-job training within the workplace.
5. Must hold GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above / Functional Skills equivalents.
6. Organisational skills and the ability to plan your time effectively are essential.
7. Confident and professional, with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
