Overview
Winter is coming - Your new role.
As winter creeps up on us, thick layers of snow are on the horizon, the festive lights are soon to twinkle, and laughter will fill the air. However, for many vulnerable adults in the community, the cold months will bring unique challenges and isolation.
During winter pressures, you’ll be given the opportunity for hybrid working up to 3 days per week, as the council understands that Social Work can be demanding, and you need extra time to be able for your personal/childcare commitments and have a healthy work-life balance.
Not only is the rate exceptional, Leaders also offer an exclusive loyalty bonus on top of your hourly rate, meaning you will be awarded with the best opportunities on the market.
As part of this team, you’ll be working alongside other professionals in a fast-paced environment, with a supportive team and plenty of opportunities to expand your knowledge further with the help of peers and management team.
Leaders in Care can provide competitive rates, supported by a service that has earned 500+ 5* Google reviews.
