Your Role
We are on the lookout for an inspirational SEN Teacher with experience in Key Stage 4 (KS4) and a passion for teaching English. If you are dedicated, innovative, and ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

* Deliver engaging and adaptive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

What We’re Looking For
To join our team, you should have:
* A qualified SEN Teacher status (QTS essential) with experience across key stages.
* Previous experience teaching vulnerable children at KS4.
* A specialism in English or the ability to teach English is preferable.
* The capability to teach an additional secondary subject is desirable.
* A proactive and flexible teaching approach, with the ability to differentiate learning.
* Strong behaviour management skills, combined with a nurturing and empathetic demeanor.
* A collaborative spirit, eager to contribute to a supportive school culture.
* A passion for creative arts is highly desirable, bringing inspiration to our curriculum.
