Job Opportunity: Multi-Skilled Plasterer
Location: Manchester, UK
Duration: Long-Term Temporary
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £20 Per Hour - CIS
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Plasterer to start immediately, working across the Manchester area. This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate, covering fit-out, refurbishment, general maintenance, and repair works.
Responsibilities:
Undertake plastering works, with a strong focus on damp proofing
Carry out first-fix stud walling
Complete basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, groundworks, and other general maintenance tasks
Install kitchens, bathrooms, and associated fittings
Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
Previous experience in social housing or customer-facing roles
NVQ or equivalent qualification
Valid UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points
Strong communication and customer service skills
Competency in plastering, basic plumbing, tiling, and general maintenance
Reliable, punctual, and able to work to a high standard
