As the business expands, they're creating a brand-new role to strengthen regulatory controls and support their next phase of growth. This is FCA regulatory oversight of introduces and brokers.
The Role
* Lead risk-based reviews and audits of suppliers, introduces and principal brokers
* Verify FCA permissions, training, scripts, policies and customer-facing processes
* Review call recordings and advertising to ensure compliant introductions
* Monitor financial stability via CreditSafe, complaints and conduct data
* Support supplier on-boarding with second-line checks
* Produce clear reporting for governance forums and senior stakeholders
* Build strong relationships while confidently challenging when needed
About You
* Background in financial services compliance, risk, audit or oversight
* Strong working knowledge of FCA regulation
* Comfortable analysing financial information and conduct risks
* Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders
* Proactive, detail-driven, and able to work independently
