Duties
* Supervise and lead the kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient food production.
* Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
* Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment to ensure smooth operations.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary trends, and hospitality standards.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food production processes.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
* Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are desirable but not essential.
* Level 2 or 3 food hygiene preferred
Wednesday - Saturday, with one additional Tuesday evening once a month.
