Our client is a mid tier head contractor who deliver projects in the commercial, retail and industrial sectors, with projects typically varying in value from $10-25m. With a very strong pipeline of work ahead for 2024 and 2025, they are looking to add a Contracts Administrator to their team.
The business prides itself on having a flat management structure with open and transparent communication from the company Directors, as well as the mentor-ship and development that they provide to their teams. Many of the current management team have progressed from within the business.
Job Description
Key responsibilities will include:
* Writing scopes of works
* Negotiating and letting sub-contracts
* Involvement with monthly cost reports

Selection criteria will include:
* Proven track record in a similar role delivering building and construction projects
* High level of computer literacy
* Demonstrated experience across the entire life cycle of projects
* Excellent interpersonal skills
